Our city immersions are follow up opportunities aiming to bring us closer to the stories of those who live in the city and the context within which those stories exist. We are excited to announce that we are providing the exciting opportunity to engage a little deeper in the stories of refugees who live in our city!
In collaboration with our previous STORY Sessions guest, Tito Haguma, and Vicky Simpson who both work to promote social cohesion in our city, we will be creating space for further discussion and engaging with refugees in our city as we visit an Ethiopian restaurant in the city centre. We are excited to explore the many fascinating stories to be found in the space!
This session will happen on Saturday, 27 October from 12pm – 2pm. The cost of this engagement is R50 and will be include a taste of Ethiopian cuisine.
Space is very limited, so don’t delay, book here!
